How the assessment works
- • 10 multiple-choice questions, mostly short workplace scenarios.
- • 80% is the pass mark — there is no time limit.
- • Unlimited attempts; questions are the same set so review matters more than luck.
- • Passing unlocks the next module, so the course stays sequential.

Nothing is lost. Your missed questions are shown with the related lesson, so the fastest route is to re-read those sections and retake the assessment the same day. Most learners pass on the second attempt after a targeted review.
