Devdiscourses Online operates the AI POWERED practical AI skills program. For personal data processed through the program, Devdiscourses Online is the data controller. Contact us at support@buzzblender.com.

• Account data (email address, name where provided, login credentials handled by our authentication provider) — to create your account and give you access. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Learning data (module progress, assessment scores and attempts, certificates, notes and bookmarks) — to run the course, gate progression, and issue certificates. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Team licence data (seat email addresses, seat status, rollout deadlines, reminder history, aggregated learner progress shown to the licence owner) — to administer team licences. Legal basis: performance of a contract and the licence owner’s legitimate interest in managing their training rollout.
• AI feature content (prompts you submit to the AI coach, notes and company context provided for executive briefings, generated outputs) — to produce the requested output and enforce usage limits. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Lead and enquiry data (email, name, role, team size, support and sales messages) — to respond to you and, where you asked for it, send program information. Legal basis: consent or legitimate interests.
• Technical and usage data (IP address, device and browser information, log and usage events) — for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and improving the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests and legal obligation.

Payment card details are never collected or stored by us; payment data is collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, email delivery, and the AI model providers that process prompts you submit.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, order management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds.
• Your licence owner — if you use a seat on a team licence, the owner (typically your employer’s HR or L&D administrator) can see your seat email, module progress, assessment status, and completion.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Account, learning, and team licence data is kept while your access is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to support certificate verification, accounting, and legal obligations. AI prompts, generated reports, and briefings are kept until you delete them or your account closes. Lead and enquiry data is kept until it is no longer relevant or you ask us to delete it. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to local law, you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Email support@buzzblender.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK/EEA, you may also complain to your supervisory authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls in the database so users can only read their own records, and restricted administrative access.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme, notes, and bookmarks. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though sign-in will stop working without the essential ones.
